The traditional base is a top graded sautéed chicken liver and fragrant chicken fillet broth. For a more delicate flavor, we add a delicate white onion. Pate has a light texture due to butter. The main pride of this recipe is a combination of soft Ukrainian roasted pumpkin and brightness of sweet Italian candied fruits. We use a moderate amount of salt and nothing else.

The secret ingredient is conscience (even a drop is enough to create a masterpiece).
