The melody of pate is boiled chicken liver of the highest grade. For a richer meat flavor, boiled, carefully selected chicken breasts are added. Passed white onions, as a back vocalist, delicately emphasizes the pronounced meat taste. Butter and natural cream guarantee gentle “sounding” of all components. But the “main violin” of this composition is a fragrant fresh rosemary broth. We use a moderate amount of salt and nothing else.

The secret ingredient is conscience (even a drop is enough to create a masterpiece).
