The business card of the pâté is passaged chicken liver of the highest grade, previously soaked in genuine French cognac. The flavoring composition is complemented by a fragrant broth from the selected chicken fillet. A generous portion of passaged carrots and white onions is added to the composition so that the taste is delicate. Butter and natural cream guarantee a soft sound of all components. We use a moderate amount of salt and nothing else.

The secret ingredient is conscience (even a drop is enough to create a masterpiece).
